BCS are driven to meet your permanent, contract or interim resource needs in the ever-reducing pool of skilled resources within Construction. We want to engage with our clients based on being part of your team, acting as a Labour/HR manager rather than the traditional Trade recruitment agent.

With employment laws continually changing, we ensure that all PAYE and National Insurance payments are paid and administered by our in-house accounting team in accordance with all current regulations. This removes any risk to the client.

We undertake a thorough review of the Resource requirements to ensure that all IR35 regulations are being adhered to. In any instance where we feel that Resource is not adhering to these regulations, we will issue an updated review and guidance on the next steps.

We hold a national database of Resources, allowing us to undertake any role within the Construction Industry.

The rates are continually evolving due to the fluid nature of the Construction Industry, however as we base the rates on works completed rather than time served, we ensure competitiveness for any resource role.

Each resource employed will have a dedicated Manager who will liaise with resources and evaluate the Client's requirements of the specific live pipeline work and tenders.

We offer our Resources to all sectors of the Construction Industry and cover all aspects of Construction Services. We provide Resources for the smallest Home owner project to some of the largest New Build Contracts, working alongside each stakeholder at each Construction stage.
